As adults we assume we do all the teaching when it comes to children, however our little ones are proving more and more that they are also here for us to learn from. Without fear and subjection to peer pressure and society's beliefs, children are naturally connecting to their 'True Self'. This page will be dedicated to inspiring stories about our 'Amazing Kids'

Jasmine’s Reiki Experience 10.2.2008: My name is Jasmine and I learnt a symbol called Chokeorae and it means power.  When you are doing Reiki on someone, or some people call it a healing, you use the Chokeorae symbol.  How you use it, is you draw the symbol in your head three times and at the same time you need to say Chokeorae three times in your head. At the end of the healing, to close it up, you draw with your finger, three circles on their forehead and at the same time you say Chokeorae in your head or out loud. When my teacher, Kylie, attuned me I saw a square that, on the left hand side of it, had a line attached to it.  I also saw two squares, one on the right side and one on the left side.

The squares had a line in the middle of them, joining the squares together.

When I was being attuned my teacher was holding my hands and when she let go my hands felt like balloons that had been blown up because of all of the energy that she was giving me.

I really enjoyed learning Reiki.  It is really great to experience something so calm and peaceful that some people never get the chance to do this and it is very sad because it is a beautiful thing.

Jasmine - The Fairy Princess  by Ella Risebrow    We were very fortunate to meet the lovely Ella at a recent Expo.  I had seen Ella's portraits before and knew how incredibly special they are but to watch her in person tranforming my daughter into the Fairy Princess, was definately something to be treasured.    Please see more of Ella's work at www.fairywise.com
